NIGHT SESSION.

MONDAY, January 8th, 1904.

The House met at 8.00, p. m., and was opened with
prayer by the Rev. Frank D. Orrick.

Present at the call of the roll the following mem-
bers:

Journal of February 5th was read and approved.

ORDERS.

On motion of Mr. Kirk, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Fryer be excused from to-night's
session on account of important business.

On motion of Mr. Henkel, it was
Ordered that Mr. Godwin, Mr. Bald and Mr. Pairo
be excused from to-night's session on account of bus-
iness.

On motion of Mr. Walbach, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Bond and Mr. Simmons be ex-
cused from attendance on account of important busi-
ness.
