House bill, tile No. 88, entitled "An Act to incor-
porate the Provident Savings Bank of Preston, Mary-
land."

Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

House bill, file No. 61, entitled "An Act to incor-
porate the town of Myersville, in Frederick county,
Maryland.

Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

House bill, file No. 5, entitled "An Act to lay and
establish a new election district in Frederick county,
out of the second precinct of election district No. 12,
said new election district to be known as 'Brunswick
District' or 'Election District, No. 25.

Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

House bill, File No. 14, entitled "An Act to pro-
hibit the issuing of licenses to sell spirituous or fer-
mented liquors in the village of Point of Rocks, in
Frederick county or within two miles thereof in said
county."

Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

House bill, File No. 77, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 296, 297 and 298, of Article 17 of the Code of
Public local Laws of the State of Maryland, title
'Prince George's County,' sub-title 'Sheriffs,' as
amended by the Act of 1900, chapter 530, and re-enact
the said section."
