A bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction and
oonsent of the Legislature of Maryland to certain
gifts, grants, sales and deeds made about or about to
be made to and for the use and benefit of the Salem
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Catonsville, Balti-
more county, Maryland, and a religious corporation
duly incorporated, and the vestry of the German
Lutheran Salem congregation.

Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Judiciary Committee.

money to re-open and relocate and grade that portion
of the old State road, in Frederick county, Maryland,
