A bill entitled "An Act to give and grant the sanc-
tion and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land to the deed from the trustees of the Presbytery
of Baltimore to the First Spiritual Church of Balti-
more."

Which was read a first time and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
By Mr. Wells,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 92, of
chapter 411 of the Acts of the Legislature of 1902, and
to re-enact the same."

Which was read a first time and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
Also,

A bill entitled "An Act exempting the 'Hart Farm
School,' a corporation by Congressional recognition,
an institution for the education of dependent youths,
from connty and State taxation."

Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
By Mr. Orem,

A bill entitled "An Act to grant and declare the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland, to a sale, conveyance and deed from the
Old Town National Bank of Baltimore, to the Vestry
of the Church of the Holy Innocents, of a certain lot
of ground in Baltimore city, in the State of Maryland,
and to the holding of said lot of ground by the said,
the Vestry of the Church of the Holy Innocents, with
full power to dispose of the same."

Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Judiciary Committee.

By Mr. Bosse,

A bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Board of
Police Commissioners of Baltimore city to pension
Charles Slunt, formerly a policeman of the Police
Force of Baltimore city."
