April 4, 1904.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message proposing that both
Houses of the General Assembly adjourn sine die to
night at 12 o'clock, midnight, and concur therein.

B. L. SMITH,

Chief Clerk.
Which was read, assented to and sent to the Senate.

Mr. Hill presented the following report:
To the Honorable House of Delegates:

The committee appointed to wait upon the Governor
and notify him of the final adjournment of the General
Assembly, beg leave to report that they waited upon
His Excellency and notified him of the adjournment,
and that they were informed by His Excellency that
he had no further communications to make to the
General Assembly.

Which was read.

The hour of 12 midnight having arrived,

The Speaker thereupon addressed the House as fol-
lows:

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

I am reminded by the hands of the dial plate of the
clock, and in a few brief moments our official associ-
ation will terminate by Constitutional limitation.
I now declare the House adjourned sine die.
