The Chair distributed the following messages re-
ceived from the Senate:

House bill, File No. 23, entitled "An Act to make
an appropriation for the ice-boat Annapolis."

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Also,

House bill, File No. 549, entitled "An Act to make
an appropriation for the ice-boat Annapolis, being
supplementary to another Act for same purpose."

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

Also,

House bill, File No. 820, entitled "An Act to appro-
priate a sum of money to improve the driveways and
paths of the Executive Mansion Grounds, etc."

Endorsed : "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays."

House bill, File No. 148, entitled "An Act to appro-
priate a sum of money to the remaining indebtedness
on the Armory of Fourth Regiment Maryland National
Guard, situated on the West Fayette Street near Paca
street in the City of Baltimore."

Endorsed. "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Also,

House bill, File No. 752, entitled "An Act to add an
additional section to Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Dorchester County,' to
be known as 'Section 228 A,' under a new sub-title of
'Fraud on Livery Stable Keepers," providing for the
punishment of persons hiring horses or vehicles from
livery stable keepers in Dorchester county, to go a
certain distance, and using said horses or vehicles for
a greater distance."
