Gentlemen: Your Conference Committee, upon the
disagreeing votes of the two houses on Senate Bill No.
48, file No. 70, entitled an act to repeal Section 146 A,
146 B, 146 C, 146 I), 146 Dl, 146 E, 146 El, and 146 F
of Article 81 of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled "Revenue and Taxes, as amended by Chapter
120 of the Acts of Assembly at the January Session of
1896, by Chapter 313 of the Acts of Assembly passed
at the January Session of 1898, and by Chapter 26 of
the Acts of Assembly passed at the January Session
of 1902, respectfully report.
That we recommend the adoption of the amendment
to the said bill proposed by the House of Delegates in
the following form :
Strike out all after the words "A Bill," and insert
in lieu thereof the following: "Entitled an act to
repeal section 146 A, 146 B, 146 C, 146 D, 146 Dl, 146
E, 146 El, and 146 F, of Article 81 of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, title 'Revenue and Taxes,' sub-title
'Mortgages,' as amended by Chapter 120 of the Acts
of Assembly passed at the January Session of 1896, by
Chapter 313 of the Acts of Assembly passed at the
January Session of 1898, and by Chapter 26 of the
