Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Cecil County,' to be
known as Section 124 A.' under a new sub-title of
'Fraud on Livery Stable Keepers.' "

propriate a sum of money to defray the expenses of
the interment of the bodies of deceased soldiers, sailors
and marines, who served in the United or Confederate
