'Roads,' as repealed and re-enacted by chapter 628,
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, January
session of 1902, to follow section 129, and to be desig-
nated as 'Section 129 A,' providing for the protection of
pedestrians and teams at the crossings of the Balti-
more, Chesapeake and Atlantic Railroad over certain
public or county roads in Wicomico county."
