House bill, File No. 720, entitled "An Act better to
secure the collection by the State of the license fees
required to be paid tor every hand employed on boats
engaged in taking or catching oysters with scoops,
dredges or similar instruments in any of the waters of
the State, and to protect such persons from cruelty and
imposition, and for those purposes, to add sections 69,
70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78 79, 80, 81 and 82 to
Article 72 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Oysters,' said sections to constitute a new sub-title of
such Article to be entitled 'Shipping Commissioners,'
and said sections so to be added to such Article to be
designated as 'Sections 69, 70, 71, 72, 78, 74, 75, 76,
77, 78, 79, 80, 81 and 82, to come in after section 68."
