voted, shall vote or attempt or offer to vote again or
shall knowingly, wilfully or fraudulently do any un-
lawful act to secure for himself or for any other per-
son the right or opportunity to vote or shall by force,
threat, menace, intimidation, bribery or reward or
offer or promise thereof, or otherwise unlawfully
either directly or indirectly influence, attempt to in-
fluence any voter in giving his vote or prevent or
hinder or attempt to prevent or hinder any qualified
voter from freely exercising his right to vote at said
primary election, or shall by any such means or other-
wise compel or induce or attempt to compel or induce
any judge or clerk in any election precinct to receive
the vote of any person not legally qualified or entitled
to vote at said election precinct shall be deemed guitly
of a misdemeanor and every such person shall upon
conviction thereof be punished by imprisonment in the
county jail for not less than thirty days, nor more
than one year.
"Sec. 18. Any judge of election who shall wilfully
exclude any vote duly tendered, knowing that the
person offering the same is lawfully entitled to vote
at such primary election, or who shall wilfully receive
a vote from any person who has been duly chal-
lenged in relation to his right to vote at such pri-
mary election without exacting from such person
such proof of qualification as may be required by law,
or shall wilfully omit to challenge any one whom he
knows or suspects is not entitled to vote, and who has
not been challenged, or who shall wilfully refuse to
open or show the ballot boxes empty prior to the
opening of the polls, and if any judge of said primary
election who shall make, sign, publish or deliver any
false tally or certificate entrusted to his care and cus-
tody, shall upon conviction thereof be adjudged guilty
of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by imprison-
ment in the county jail for not less than thirty days,
nor more than one year.
"Sec. 19. Any person who shall give away to
any person or persons in said Montgomery county
on the day of holding said primary elections as
herein provided, any intoxicating liquor, shall, upon
