Laws of Maryland, title 'Corporations, General Regu-
lations' to follow immediately after section 85 of said
Article, and to be known as 'Section 85' of said Arti-

two sections to Article 22 of the Public Local Laws of
the State of Maryland, title 'Washington County,'
sub-title 'Williamsport,' to be known as 'Sections 411
A and 411 B,' to follow section 411 of said Article, as
repealed and re-enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1904, chapter'—, and approved February ,
25th, 1904, and give additional powers to the Burgess
and Commissioners of Williamsport, relating to the
streets and public places, and the lighting of said
town."
