ticle 4, of the Public Laws of Maryland, title 'City of

division 'Justices of the Peace.' and to re-enact the
same with amendments.' "

Which was read A first time, and referred to the
Baltimore city delegation.

amended and re-enacted by chapter 398 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, session 1894,
providing for the collection of taxes in Wicomico
county, and election of treasurer, and to re-enact the
same with amendments."
