Senate bill, File No. 363, entitled ''An Act for pur-
chasing a lot of ground, if necessary, and for the erec-
tion thereon of a new school building in the Third
precinct of the Fifth Election District of Anne Arun-
del county, in that part of said district known as
South Baltimore, for furnishing said building, and to
authorize and require the Board of School Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel county to borrow money on
the credit, of Anne Arundel county for that purpose,
and ro require the County Commissioners of said
county to endorse the bonds to be issued for that pur-
pose, and to levy on the assessable property of the
Fifth district of said county an amount sufficient to
pay one-third of the principal and interest thereof."
