Senate bill, File No. 189, entitled "An Act to repeal
an Act entitled 'An Act to preserve the streets and
protect the property-rights of citizens of incorporated
towns in Montgomery county, passed at the January
Session, 1900, of the General Assembly of Maryland,
chapter 476, as the same was repealed and re-enacted
with amendments by chapter 360 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the session
of 1902,' entitled 'An Act/to repeal an Act entitled an
Act to preserve the streets and protect the property-'
rights of citizens of incorporated towns in Montgomery
county, passed at the January Session 1900, chapter
476, and to re-enact the same with amendments.' "
