Senate bill, File No. 400, entitled "An Act to repeal
section 6 of chapter 517, of the Acts of 1902, entitled
'An Act to amend the charter and enlarge the powers
of the Baltimore, Westminster and Gettysburg Rail-
road Company, and to re-enact said section 6 with
amendments."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Insert at end of section 1 the following: "Provided
that nothing in the charter of said corporation shall
be construed as empowering it to sell or lease electricity
for lighting or power purposes in Baltimore county."
