'Elections' of chapter 2 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of the Session of 1898, entitled
'An Act to repeal chapter 544 of the Acts of the Gen
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session, in the year 1894, entitled 'An Act to add new
and additional sections to Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Frederick
County,' sub-title 'Frederick,' relating to elections in
Frederick city; and to enact in lieu thereof certain
new and additional sections relating to the registra-
tion of voters and to elections in Frederick city afore-
said, lo be added to said Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Frederick
County,' sub-title 'Frederick,' to follow section 270 A
of said Article, and to be known as 'Section 27 B, etc."
