improvement of the Public Highways of this State
and to provide the means therefor by distributing
amongst the counties of the State any monies derived
by the State from the sale, lease or other disposition
of the oyster lands under the waters of this State and

eral Assembly of 1896, chapter 51 to perform certain
additional duties."

to replenish the shells, natural rocks necessary for the
growth of the oysters, and to provide for the trans-
portation of the same from Baltimore city to said
oyster beds."
