Senate bill, File No. 426, entitled ''An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments sections 52 and 54 of
Article 72 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Oysters,' and to add three new sections to the said
Article, to be known as 'Sections 8 A and 55 A and
55 B,' to follow sections 8 and 55 respectively.' "
Also unfavorably,

Senate bill, File No. 114, entitled "An Act for the
improvement of the Public Highways of this State
and to provide the means therefor by distributing
amongst the counties of the State any monies derived
by the State from the sale, lease or other disposition
of the oyster lands under the waters of this State and
to require the commission created by the Act of Gen-
eral Assembly of 1896, chapter 51 to perform certain
additional duties."

Senate bill, File" No. 352, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize the Board of Public Works to provide for the
securing of broken bricks, crushed stone, plaster and
other material, in the burnt district of Baltimore city,
and to transport the same to the oyster beds in the
Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries, in need of material
to replenish the shells, natural rocks necessary for the
growth of the oysters, and to provide for the trans-
portation of the same from Baltimore city to said
oyster beds."
