bly of Maryland passed at the January Session of
1900, and as subsequently amended by chapter 524 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the January Session of 1902, and to enact the fol-
lowing sections in lieu thereof, the whole to provide
for a new road system in Baltimore county and the
placing of the public highways, sewers and drains of
said county and all matters in connection therewith
under the care and control of the County Commis-
sioners of said county sitting as a Highway Commis-
sion, with power and authority to adopt and carry out
such rules and regulations in connection therewith as
they may consider necessary, and to be known as
'Sections 188, 189, 190, 191,192, 193, 194, 195, 196, 197,
198, 199, 200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209,
210 and 211 of said Article.' "
