The Journal of April 1st, 1904, was read and ap-
proved.
The Chair distributed the following message from
the Senate:
House bill, File No. 683, entitled "An Act to amend
Article 52 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Justice of the Peace,' sub-title 'Criminal Jurisdic-
tion' by adding a new section thereto to follow section
11, 13 and to be designated as section 11C providing
for the execution of warrants.' "
Endorsed: "Reported unfavorably and the unfavora-
ble report was adopted."
