The Chair distributed the following message from
the Senate:

House bill, File No. 670, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to issue
its certificate of stock to an amount not exceeding six
million dollars for the purpose of providing the money
to pay costs and expenses of condemning, opening,
grading, paving and curbing the streets, avenues, lanes
and alleys of the annex portion of Baltimore city and
to authorize the appointment of a commission to be
known as the 'Annex Improvement Commission,' and
to define the duties of said commission,"

Amended by Senate March 31st, 1904, by the Balti-
more city Senators.

Which amendments were concurred in and the bill
as amended, was passed by yeas and nays as follows:
