September, 1903, in "The Advertizer" and "The Ex-
aminer," two weekly newspaders published in the city
of Annapolis, to-wit:

PROPOSALS FOR THE STATE PRINTING.

The undersigned, in pursuance of Article 78, of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, will re-
ceive sealed proposals at the office of the Clerk of the
Court of Appeals of Maryland, in the city of Annapolis,
on or before Friday, the 25th day of September, 1903,
for the printing of the General Assembly of Maryland,
at the ensuing Session of 1904, of the following as pre-
scribed in said Article 78, of said Code of Public Gen:
eral Laws of Maryland:

"Four thousand copies of the Governor's Message
in English; five hundred copies of the Governor's Mes-
sage in German; three thousand copies of the reports
of the Comptroller of the Treasury; one thousand
copies of the Reports of the State Treasurer; one thous-
and copies of the Reports of the Adjutant-General;
two thousand copies of the School Reports; one thous-
and copies of the Reports of the Insurance Commis-
sioner; one thousand copies of the Reports of the
Commissioner of the Land Office; two thousand
copies of the Reports of the State Board of Health;
two thousand copies of the Reports of the Chief of
the Bureau of Statistics and Information; one thous-
and copies of which shall be distributed by the printer
to the Labor Organizations of the State; one tbonsand
copies of the Reports of the State Fish Commissioners,
and all the aforesaid shall be printed and bound in
paper; and the printer shall send to the Librarian five
hundred copies of each of the reports that are usually
bound, to be bound by the Librarian; fifteen hundred
copies of the daily Journal of the Senate; fifteen
hundred copies of the daily Journal of the House of
Delegates, five hundred of each of which shall be re-
vised and corrected and printed in proper form for
binding and sent to the Librarian to be bound; two
hundred copies of each of the Senate bills; two
hundred copies of each of the House bills; two thous-
and yeas and nays for the use of the House of Dele-
gates; two thousand yeas and nays for the use of the
