and re-enact with amendments sections, 6, 7, 9 and 12,
of Article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Crimes and Punishments,' sub-title 'Arson and Burn-
ing,' and to add two new sections to said Article 27, to
be numbered and known as 'Sections 12 A and 29-1 B,'
respectively."

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Strike out the word "and" in the 10th line of sec-
tion 9 and insert in lieu thereof the word "or."

Strike out the word "and" in first line of sec-
tion 12 and insert in lieu thereof the word "or."

Which was read the third time and passed by yeas
