Senate bill, File No. 247, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 104, 105, 105 A
105 B of Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Dorchester County,' sub-title 'County Commis-
sioners,' and to add one additional section to follow
said section 105, to be numbered '105 C,' relating to
the number term election and compensation of the
County Commissioners of said county and increasing
the number of County Commissioners to five."

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Add the following after the word "dollars" at end
of section 104, "and mileage at the rate of ten cents
per mile one way for each days session such member
shall be actually present."
