whole of said section and insert the following in lieu
thereof:

"Section 68: The party authorized by said commis-
sioners to collect taxes may enforce the payment of
the same in the same manner and receive the same fees
as the treasurer of the county."

In section 69, page 7 1/2 line 10. strike out "or in or
repone any lot."

In same section 69 line 12, page 7 1/2 strike out all
after the word "obstructions" down to and including
the word "passed."

Which was read the second time.

On page 16 of said section.

In section 70 on page 9 line 8 strike out the words
"the said Bailiff should within the corporate
limits of the commissioners of Leonardtown all the
power held and exercised by the constables of this
state" down to line 10.

In section 70 page 10, line 3 strike out the words
"Laws of Maryland."

In same section 70, page 10, line 5 strike out the
words "Maryland or any."

Section 71 strike out all of said section 71.

Section 72 page 10 strike out "72" and insert 71 and
in same section 72 line 8 strike out the word "without"
and insert in lieu "with."

In said section 72 page 10, strike out words "ap-
pointed Bailiff," and insert "authorized magistrate."

Mr. McComas, from Select Committee, reported
favorably,

Senate bill, File No. 341, entitled "An Act to amend
Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Harford County,' sub-title 'Fish,' by adding thereto
two sections to be known as 'Sections 113 and 114."

Which was read the second time.
Mr. Hill, moved,

That the vote by which the unfavorable report was
adopted on Senate bill, File No. 391, be re-considered,
and that it be referred to the Committee on Ways and
Means.
