House bill, File No. 652, entitled "An Act to repeal
section 765 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Laws of
Maryland, title 'Baltimore City,' sub-title 'Police,' as
repealed and re-enacted by the Acts of 1898, chapter
123, as repealed and re-enacted by chapter 533 of the
Acts of 1900, and to repeal section 756 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Baltimore City,'
sub-title 'Police,' as the same is repealed and re-en-
acted by section 777 of chapter 123 of the Acts of 1898,
and by chapter 494 of 1898, as repealed by chapter 81
of the Acts of 1902, and to re-enact the same with
amendments, to be known as 'Sections 765 and 777,
and to read as follows."

Endorsed: "Reported unfavorably and the unfavor-
able report adopted."
Also,

House bill, File No. 785, entitled "An Act to add
two new sections to Article 4 of the Public Local Laws,
title 'Charter,' sub-title 'City of Baltimore,' to be
designated as 'Section 514 A and 514 B.' "

Endorsed: "Reported unfavorably by Senate and the
unfavorable report adopted."

House bill, File No, 167, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to
increase the pension of William H. War."

Endorsed : "Reported unfavorably and the unfavor-
able report adopted."

reported favorably,

Senate bill, File No. 415, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments sections 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and
7, of chapter 293, of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1896, and to add an additional section
to be known as 'Section 14,' and to follow immediately
after section 13 of said Act so as to read as follows.' "
