orize the County Commissioners of Talbot county in
State of Maryland, and the Commissioners of the town
of Oxford in their discretion to construct a draw-
bridge across Town creek in said county, in the town
of Oxford and to levy taxes on the assessable property
of said county to pay for constructing the same.

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

Also,

House bill, File No. 409, entitled "An Act to pro-
hibit the granting of license for the sale of spirituous
or fermented liquors or lager beer, in any part of the
district of Baltimore city, bounded by the 20th street,
Oak street, 24th street, St. Paul street, Huntington
avenue and Guilford avenue."

and nays, as amended."
