Senate bill, File No. 27, entitled "An Act to repeal
chapter 76, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, of the Acts of 1902, entitled 'An Act to re-
peal sections 94 to 112, of Article 23, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Wicomico
County,' sub-ritle 'Revenue and Taxes,' as repealed,
amended and re enacted by chapter 398, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, session 1894,
providing for the collection of taxes in Wicomico
county, and election of treasurer, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.'"

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Wicomico delegation.

BILLS—THIRD READING.

House bill, File No. 2, entitled "An Act to author-
ize the President and Commissioners of Chesapeake
city to issue bonds of said town to pay off the indebted-
ness of said town, growing out of a suit of Messrs.
Ayres J. Emmons and otherwise."
