and Means, submitted the following
REPORT.
To the Honorable
The House of Delegates :
The Finance Committee of the Senate and the
Ways and Means Committee of the House of Dele-
gates, in pursuance of the authority contained in sec-
tion 28 of Article 95 of the Code of Public General
Laws, and an order adopted March 24th, 1904 by the
Senate and House of Delegates, examined and de-
stroyed by burning, at the request of the Honorable
Murray Vandiver, Treasurer, the evidences of the
redeemed and cancelled over-due debt of the State,
purchased for the sinking fund, amounting to $7,400.00
as set forth hi Exhibit A of this report, respectfully
recommend that the same be spread upon the Journal
of the Senate, as per the order heretofore adopted, in
order that a record thereof may be preserved among
the proceedings of the General Assembly.
