House bill, File No. 710, entitled "An Act to require
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charles county to
make a general index of the Chattel Records of Charles
county from the year 1880, and to keep a general in-
dex of such records hereafter."

Endorsed : ''Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Also,

House bill, File No. 708, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 216, 226, 227 and 232 of Article 7 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, entitled 'Carrol County,' sub-
title 'Westminster,' and to re-enact the same with
amendments, and to add six new sections to Article 7
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled 'Carroll
County,' sub-title 'Westminster,' to be designated
'Section 226 A, 226 B, 226 G, 226 D, 226 E and 226 F,'
which shall follow immediately after section 226 of
said Article 7, all of said new sections relating to
buildings in the city of Westminster, and the appoint-
ment of an inspector thereof."

Returned to House by request for same.
On motion,

It was moved to reconsider the vote by which said
bill passed the House and to recommit same to the
Carrol county delegation.

Which was referred to the Carroll county delega-
tion.

Also,

House bill, File No. 614, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize, empower and direct the Board of County Com-
missioners of Frederick county to enter into an agree-
ment with the proper authorities of Loudon county,
in the State of Virginia, in the purchase of the Berlin
and Lovettsville bridge over the Potomac river, and
to provide a fund for the payment of one-half the cost
of purchasing said bridge and the maintenance there-
of a a free bridge for the use and benefit of the people
of the State of Maryland and Virginia."

yeas and nays."
