to add additional sections to Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title 'Talbot County,' sub-title,
'Fish,' to be known as 'Sections 116 A, 116 B and 116
C,' and to add additional sections to Article 6 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Caroline County,'
sub-title 'Fish,' to be known as 'Sections 146 A, 146 B
and 146 C.'"

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Dorchester delegation.

Also,

Senate bill, File No. 366, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments sections 59 to 79, in-
clusive, of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title 'St. Mary's County,' sub-title
'Leonardtown, etc.' "

Which was read the first time and referred to the
St. Mary's delegation and Mr. Walls.
Also,

Joint Resolution of respect to the memory of the
late Adjutant General John S. Saunders.

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

Joint Resolution requesting the Governor of the
State and the Legislature for their co-operation and
assistance of each and every State in this Union, in
order that each of them adopt the necessary measures
to be suitably and appropriately represented at the
Jamestown Exposition to be held in May, 1907."

Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays, as amended."

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Strike out "nine representatives," and insert
"thirteen representatives."

resolution, as amended, was passed by yeas and nays
