The Journal of March 30th, 1904, was read and ap-
proved.

The Chair distributed the following message from
the Senate :

Senate bill, File No. 392, entitled "An Act to facili-
tate the obtaining of judgment in undisputed eases
before the Court for Prince George's county."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.

Also,

Senate bill, File No. 407, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize the County Commissioners of Harford county to
levy annually a sum of money for the support of Elias
Peterson of said county."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Harford delegation.

Also,

Senate bill, File No. 373, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize the Governor to appoint an additional Justice of
the Peace for the second district of Garrett county,
and to be located in the town of Friendsville."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Garrett delegation and Mr. Fryer.
