On motion of Mr. Collins, it was

Ordered, That the Speaker be authorized to appoint
such additional members of the Engrossing Commit-
tee as he may deem necessary (together with the Chair-
man and Clerk of Claims Committee) in order that the
bills may be properly enrolled for the Governor's sig-
nature after the close of the session, April 4th, 1904.
The Chairman of Claims Committee to issue certifi-
cates for such additional help.
