The Chair laid before the House the Special Order
of the Day, being

House bill, File No. 185, entitled "An Act to amend
Article 33, entitled 'Elections,' of the Code of Public,
General Laws as re-enacted by chapter 202 of the Acts,
of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1896, and by
chapters 71 and 866 of the Act of the General As-
sembly of 1900, and by chapters 2 and 3 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1901; and by
chapters 138, 236, 296, 522 and 545 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1902; and by add-
ing thereto nine additional sections under the sub-title
'Corrupt Practices,' to follow section 154 as now re-
enacted."
