proposed by the House of Delegates to the Senate bill
entitled 'An Act to repeal sections 146 A, 146 B of the
Code of Public General Laws,' we respectfully propose
with the concurrence of your Honorable Body the ap-
pointment of a Joint Committee of conference on the
disagreeing votes of the two Houses; and we herewith
return said bill. We have named as conferess on the
part of the Senate, Messrs. Moore, Dixon and Robin-
son.

sections 146 A, 146 B, 146 C, 146 D, 146 E, 146 E 1, and
146 F, of Article 81, of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled 'Revenue and Taxes,' as amended by
chapter 120, of the Acts of 1896, and by chapter 313
of the Acts of 1898, and by chapter 26 of the Acts, of
1902."

Endorsed: "Returned to the House with a message
asking for a joint committee of conference on the dis-
agreeing votes of the two houses."

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 29, 1904.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message, proposing the ap-
pointment of a Joint Committee of Conference on the
disagreeing votes of the two Houses, on the bill en-
titled "An Act to repeal sections 146 A, 146 B, of the
Code of Public General Laws," and respectfully in-
form you that we concur therein.
