Mr. Feaga, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably.

House bill, File No. 865, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 3, of chapter
543 of the Acts of 1902, entitled An Act to regulate
the taking of fish in the waters of Allegany county."

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for the third reading.

Mr. Green, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably.

House bill, File No. 540, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 5 of Article 3
of the Public Local Laws, title 'Baltimore County;'
sub-title 'Birds and Game,' as amended by chapter 35
of the Acts of 1890, and chapter 122 of the Act of 1894
and to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections
8, 9 and 10 of said Article, and to add additional sec-
tions, to be known as '10 A, 10 B and 10 C.' "

engrossed for the third reading.

House bill, File No. 814, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize the County Commissioners of Harford county,
to levy annually a sum of money for the support of"
James Hooper, of said county."

Mr. Walls, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill, File No. 815, entitled "An Act to provide
for the better protection of sheep, poultry and game
in the 4th Election District of Queen Anne's county,
known as 'Kent Island District,' and if possible to
make provision for the reduction of the number of
dogs and bitches to a minimum in said 4th Election
District of Queen Anne's county."
