Mr. Milbourne, from Committee on Chesapeake Bay
and Tributaries, reported favorably,

House bill, File No. 818, entitled "An Act to repeal
section 46 of Article 72 of the Code of Public General
Laws, title 'Oysters,' as amended by the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1894, so far as the
same applies to the Patuxent river, and enact in lieu
thereof the following."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for the third reading.

Mr. Linthicum, from Committee on Elections, re-
ported without recommendation,

House bill, File No. 98, entitled "Au Act to extend
to Baltimore county the operation of section 33 of
the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Elections,'
sub-title 'Primary Elections.' "
