The Chair distributed the following message from
the Senate:

House bill, File No. 379, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize and direct the School Commissioners of Wash-
ington county to appropriate a sum of money for the
purchase of a site and the erection of a school house
for the white children, near Weverton in said county."

Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."

Also,

House bill, File No. 330, entitled "An Act to repeal
chapter 532 of the General Assembly of Maryland,
session of 1902, entitled 'An Act to repeal section 33 A
of Article 54, of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title 'Land Office,' added by chapter 191,
passed at the January session of 1894, and to re-enact
the same with amendments."

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

Also,

House bill, File No. 357, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments, sections 886 A and
886 B of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'City of Baltimore,' sub title 'Vagrant Depen-
dent and Vicious Children,' as enacted by the Act of
1902, chapter 611."
