'Birds and Game,' as enacted by chapters 550 and 587
of the Acts of 1900, and section 48 of said Article 11,
as enacted by chapter 303 of the Act of 1872, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.' "

and nays."

House bill, File No. 669, entitled "An Act to incor-
porate the town of Barnesville, Montgomery county."

Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also,

House bill, File No. 638, entitled "An Act to pro-
vide for the appointment by the Judge of the Circuit
Court for an auditing committee to examine annually
the finances of Kent county."

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

"Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That the members of the
said auditing committee shall be allowed for their ser-
vices in auditing the accounts of the boards and
officers named in this Act, the sum of four dollars per
day each, together with such expenses for stationery
and incidental expenses as the Judges of the Circuit
Court for Kent county may deem proper to be paid,
together with the costs if any, of summoning witnesses
and witness fees by the County Commissioners of Kent
county, and they shall tile their account as such com-
mittees on or before August 1st in each year.

"Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That it shall be the
duty of the said several boards, and they, and each of
them, are hereby directed and required to notify all
persons having claims of any kind against any of the
said boards against Kent county, which are properly
payable out of the public funds, subject to the control
of any of the said funds except such as may be pend-
ing in any of the Courts of this State, to file said
claims, and with the proper boards so that the same
may be examined and passed upon by the said respec-
tive boards before the fifth day of June in each and
