large and extend the powers of Stevensville Savings
Bank of Queen Anne's county, Queen Anne's county,
Maryland, and authorize an increase of capital stock,
and also an increase of the directors of its Board of
Directors."

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Strike out section 7 and insert the following in lieu
thereof.

"Section 7. And be it further enacted, That the
Stevensville Savings Bank of Queen Anne's county, is
hereby authorized to receive on deposit moneys,
checks and commercial paper from any corporation,
joint stock company, co-partnership, individual or
administrator, guardian, receiver, assignee, trustee,
or any public officer of Queen Anne's county or else-
where, other than the County Treasurer of said county,
and from any person or persons acting for others hav-
ing the custody of any money belonging to themselves
or held in trust for others."

Senate bill, File No. 70, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 146 A, 146 B, 146 C, 146 D, 146 E, 146 E 1, and
146 F, of Article 81, of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled 'Revenue and Taxes,' as amended by
chapter 120, of the Acts of 1896, and by chapter 31B
of the Acts of 1898, and by chapter 26 of the Acts of
1902."
