section 765 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Laws of
Maryland, title 'Baltimore City,' sub title 'Police,' as
repealed and re-enacted by the Acts of 1898, chapter
123, as repealed and re-enacted by chapter 533 of the
Acts of 1900, and to repeal section 756 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland title 'Baltimore City,'
sub-title 'Police,' as the same is repealed and re-
enacted by section 777 of chapter 123, of the Acts of
1898, and by chapter 494 of 1898, as repealed by chap-
ter 81 of the Acts of 1902, and to re-enact the same
with amendments, to be known as 'Sections 765 and
and 777,' and to read as follows :"
