sections 216, 226, 227 and 232 of Article 7 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, entitled 'Carrol County,' sub-
title 'Westminster,' and to re-enact the same with
amendments, and to add six new sections to Article 7
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled 'Carroll
County, sub-title 'Westminster,' to be designated
'Sections 226 A, 226 B, 226 C, 226 D, 226 E and 226
F,' which shall follow immediately after sections 226
of said Article 7, all of said new sections relating to
buildings in the city of Westminster, and the ap-
pointment of an inspector thereof."
