Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Caroline County,'
sub-title 'Roads,' and sections I aud 2 of Article 25 of
the Code of Public General Laws, title 'County Com-
missioners,' and all other laws, so far as said sections
and laws may be inconsistent with the provisions of
this Act, and providing for the submission thereof to
the qualified voters of Caroline county at the election
to be held on the first. Tuesday after the first Monday
