to add additional sections to Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title 'Talbot County,' sub-title
'Fish,' to be known as 'Sections 116 A, 116 B and 116
C,' and to add additional sections to Article 6 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Caroline County,'
sub-title 'Fish,' to be known as 'Sections 146 A, 146
B and 146 C.'"

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Wells, from the Select Committee, reported
favorably,

House bill, File No. 794, entitled "An Act to add
an additional section to be known as 'Section 177 A,'
and to come in immediately after section 177, of Article
17, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Prince
George's County,' and repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 178, of said Article 17, Code of
Public Local Laws." ;

Which was read the second time and ordered to-
be engrossed for a third reading.

The Chair distributed the following message from
the Senate :

Senate bill, File No. 362, entitled "An Act to pro-
hibit the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or
lager beer within one mile of northeast corner of the
District ol Columbia in Prince George's county,.
Maryland.

Which was read the first time time and referred to
the Prince George's delegation.

Also,

Senate bill, File No. 242, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 2 of Article 39r
of the Code of Public Generall Laws, title 'Fish and
Fisheries,' sub-title 'Head of the Bay,' so far as the
same applies to the waters of the Susquehanna river
and Chesapeake Bay in Harford county."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Harford delegation.
