the name of the Trustees of the Endowment Fund of
the Faculty of Physics of University of Maryland of
Baltimore city, a body corporate, incorporated under
Article of Incorporation, dated 29th day of June,
1893, and recorded among Charter Records of Balti-
more city, in Liber J. B. No. 31, at folio 107, etc., and
to enlarge the powers of said body corporate."

and re-enact- with amendments section 2 of Article 35

sub-title 'Competency of Witnesses,' as repealed and
re-enacted by l he Acts of 1902, chapter 495."

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

At the end of section 1, add the following : "Pro-
vided however this Act shall not apply to pending
cases nor in anywise effect the present rights of liti-
gents therein."
