V bill entitled "An Act to enable the qualified
voters of Montgomery county, to determine by ballot
whether spirituous or fermented liquors or alcoholic
bitters shall be sold in said county."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Montgomery delegation.

By Mr. Wingate,

A bill entitled "An Act to pay Moses E. Pritchett,
of Dorchester county, State of Maryland, the sum of
one hundred and sixty-three dollars and forty cents
($163.40), being the amount of fine imposed upon him
and costs for violation of the Local Oyster Law of
Dorchester county in dredging in prohibited waters of
Fishing Bay."
