A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 46 of Article
72 of the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Oysters1
as amended by the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, 1894, so far as the same applies to the Pa-
tuxent river, and enact in lieu thereof the following."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries.

By Mr. Bosse,

A bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Maryland
Company."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

By Mr. Goslin,

A bill entitled "An Act making appropriations for
the support of the State Government for the fiscal year
ending on the 30th of September, 1905."

Which was read the first time and refeered to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
By Mr. Morrison,

A bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to Ar-
ticle 65 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Militia,' sub-title 'Reserve Militia and General Staff,'
to follow section 6, and to be designated as 'Section
6 A,' providing for making a Roster of all Maryland
soldiers who were in service prior to 1861."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Militia.

By Mr. Atwell,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 214, 214
A and 214 B', of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Anne Arundel County,' sub-title 'Sheriff,' as enacted
by chapter 551 of the Acts of 1902, and to re-enact
same with amendments, to be known as 'Sections 214,
214 A and 214 B.'"
