sembly of Maryland, passed at the January session,
1892, entitled "An Act to incorporate the town of Aber-
deen, in Harford county, as repealed and re-enacted
by the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January session, 1894, chapter 488, sec-
tion 15, and to re-enact the same with amendments,
and add four additional sections thereto, to be known
as 'Section 15 F, Section 15 G, Section 15 H and Sec-
tion 15 I," relating to the borrowing of money and the
issuing of bonds therefor by the town of Aberdeen, to
follow immediately"after section 15 E of said Act of
1894, chapter 488.''

Harford delegation.

Senate bill, File No. 310, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 132 A, of Article
81, of the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Reve-
nue and Taxes,' sub-title 'State Tax Commissioner,'
as amended by the Acts of 1902, chapter 236."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.

Senate bill, File No. 384, entitled "An Act to regu-
late the fences in certain portions of Taylor's Island,
Election District No. 4, in Dorchester county."
