It was moved to reconsider the vote by which Sen-
ate Bill Printed number 48, was passed, and to lay
that morion on the table.

the Seriate :

House bill, File No. 420, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize and empower the Board of Managers of the
Frederick City Hospital to issue diplomas to nurses-
trained and graduated by said hospital."

Endorsed : "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays as amended."
