House bill, File No. 616, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 9 and 10 of Article 33 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title 'Election,' sub-title
'Judges and Clerks of Election,' in so far as the same
requires Judges and Clerks of Election to appear be-
fore the Board of Supervisors of Election for examina-
tion and taking the oath of office and receiving their
commission in Allegany county."
